The return code they provided is not associated with my return. Amazon has no record of the return now and will not refund my $160. This Staples claims there is nothing they can do now (and weren’t very friendly when making that claim). And Amazon won’t refund me. Next time I’ll pay the extra $ to print out a UPS barcode for my Amazon returns. At least then I’ll know it is being handled properly. Thank goodness it was only $160.

There was only one staff member working, her name was Lily and she dealt with all the difficulties and issues by herself. She printed me test stickers for free, gave me multiple versions of my stickers and dealt with many technical issues. She was super nice and not only juggled my confusing sticker issue but also helped several other costumers at the same time! Thank you Lilyyy!
