They are seriously ALWAYS smiling and chatty. But guys- come on. Ease up on Jimbob. He's an icon. If you think he's grumpy go take a lesson in dry banter. Hands down- my FAVORITE stop in Shelburne. They always handle my parcels with care and go above and beyond. Three cheers for the three amigos who keep Shelburne post office a place where people ACTUALLY don't mind having to visit. You guys are doing a great job!

I went in just now and had a really negative experience when asking about a package of mine that was supposed to be delivered today (that I paid extra shipping for) and the woman was really rude and refused to get my package that she told me she had already sorted.
