Packages sent ×2 were delivered to wrong address! No resolution or caring by PO master at this location because they "didn't know where they were delivered" Very incompetent mail delivery and unprofessional behavior

It is incredibly difficult to get in touch with an actual person working at the post office. I have to deal with an aggravating automated system. They also have messed up delivery after delivery. My boyfriend ordered a pair of glasses, it had the correct address on it until it was to be delivered to us. Somehow it ended up in Oregon. We ordered about $1,200 worth of parts and they still have yet to be delivered. Even now it says it has been out for delivery since 7 this morning and we still have nothing. I deal with the messaging system and all it tells me is its out for delivery and I still can't get in touch with someone actually working at the office. It's beyond frustrating and unprofessional. We always have problems with delivery from USPS, but never UPS. It's ridiculous.

While I'm not a fan of Post Master, the rest of the employees are good people and very friendly.
