The website for loading photos isnt that intuitive when you literally just want to print some photos from your phone. But if you go in and speak to someone they never seem to know how to help. They suggest going to the website. Seems like their only skill is making copies or something. Recently the employee was nice but said it wasn't their area.. (you work in the phototec section but dont know?) We've had someone in the past just seem annoyed that you want them to do their job.
- GJGinny JonesOct 7, 20251.0Doing Amazon returns here is painful because they are extremely rude if you have a large order to return and the process is obviously broken/glitchy requiring multiple scans per item. 5 minutes in and the scanner is dying/needs to be charged and there's only one apparently. I've already had items that I returned and then didn't get marked as returned in the system and then it's a whole thing to try an call Amazon to get it resolved. Things happen but then it's worse because they are super rude and grumpy about it despite Amazon advertising the service as easy/available. Companies need to get their employees on board with processes like this so that they don't take it out on the customer. They have treated my husband poorly too and asked him once to come earlier even though he was there hours before close...
