- EGEvan GregoryOct 16, 20251.0My packages have all been on hold for over a week. Post office is fraudulent scanning them "delivery attempted" daily, yet nobody comes by. They've used different excuses: Mailbox full, no access blocking front door, and customer requested hold for pickup. After multiple complaints to consumer affairs, finally received phone call from Manager "Sean" who is extremely rude and has no business being in charge telling me I was argumentative, and holding packages is common practice and I would have to deal with it and come pick them up. As many others have said, the entire staff here requires re-training or replacement.
