Great staff but contractors have to be somehow fired by the government it’s actually ridiculous. Feel like lots of people are having the same issue. Says there is a obstruction but is able to deliver everything else in the smaller mail box when a bigger mail box is right under it? Lazy or we got both got beef 😂 firing needs to be on the table at least or there is nothing to get these contractors to actually deliver the mail.

I find her to be extremely friendly and helpful, unlike the people in the Northfield branch, but that is a another story!

Thankfully the nasty lady who was at this location has been replaced by a helpful and easy going guy. Have not had an issue since she left.

She decided it was a nice gesture to hold my packages at chest height and drop them onto the concrete ramp with a loud clang. Not once, but all 4 times. I was sorry to inconvenience her by driving 15 mins to the post office to pick up my packages that weren’t delivered. Maybe I could have just abandoned them? Not sure how to fix her issue. Things had been improving where I could get my mail in a civil way but she’s back proving Ice Cube’s assertion: a B iz a B. I don’t take this personally, I see her treat almost everyone who comes in here this way.

Never met a ruder employee in my life. I'm actually in disbelief at how my interaction here played out. I'm new to the area and came in to ask about how to get my mail, etc. Instead of any answers, I got yelled at and lectured for not knowing the inner workings of the post office. I simply asked where I should get my mail and ended up walking out while she kept yelling in the background about how much more she knew about the post office than me and how stupid I was for thinking that the mail for my Randolph Center address would come through the Randolph Center post office...
