Not only did both reps help me but offered suggestions on what packages to fill out and provided assistance in filling out the forms. They were pleasant to work with and I had NO issues with service and definitely will be using them again.

Thats the only way you can cope with the insurmountable frustration you will experience when trying to resolve any issue and how incompetent and unhelpful and generally disinterested the staff is to provide any service at all. It's really that bad. I spent over an hour trying to talk to the young woman working here to get mail sorted and I literally was pulling my hair out trying to find an actual solution. It was a nightmare
