Losing packages, mis delivery to the wrong address, will not answer their phone, they don’t get back to us, even after taking our number and promising that the Postmaster will return our call. Hostile, passive-aggressive approach by the two counter service employees. How can any business entity get away with such disregard for their service and customers!?

(Gettysburg, PA post office is the only other post office that can't figure it out.) Stowe employee said it could not be done the way I requested because it was "too much of a grey area." (What the hell is that?) The gentleman behind the counter in Morristown apologized for Stowe's ineptness. He said the way I requested was a way that could be certainly be done but required a couple of extra steps and that the Stowe worker was just being lazy.
