Scan your packages as "delivered" when they are still sitting in the post office. And don't even ask about your mail or packages. "I don't know, we delivered it." Contacting the regional office is a waste of time too. You get a line of BS a mile deep. So use another service for your packages, and have your mail sent electronically. Safer, faster, and more reliable.
