  Unreliable. Drove 20 minutes to get here on a Saturday morning. Supposed to be open at 9 AM. It is now 9:46 AM and the store is dark. Locked and not a soul to be found. Not even a sign on the door, explaining why they are closed and when they may be open again. Not a way to do business.

  ⭐️⭐️ Customer service was disappointing during my recent visit. I communicate entirely by email and had printing completed weeks ago but hadn’t yet picked it up. When I arrived, I was told the printer was broken and that the items had never been printed. I was then informed that anything not picked up within a week is destroyed, which has never been my experience at this location. When I questioned the inconsistency, the store manager responded by pointing to his name tag and saying, “Not since I’ve been the manager.” I was also told that going forward everything would be emailed and that if deadlines weren’t met, materials would be destroyed. The interaction felt rigid and dismissive rather than customer-focused. Policies were emphasized, but there was little effort to provide a solution or assistance. Very disappointing experience.
