The staff has always felt like friends, they’re awesome no matter who it is (they’ve changed A LOT) I’ve noticed recently that the manager working is really patient with training the new hire as well and I like that. Overall, I’ve just never had a problem!

I came in with a large amount of things to ship and thought I would be there for a long time, I was pleasantly surprised when they had me out of the store in under five minutes! Very helpful staff and organized space, I will definitely come back!

Shelly assisted me to make it sturdier and more standardized by helping to tape it up better. She saved us from being disappointed and did not just reject our package because it didn’t look professionally packed. It is moving through the network great so far. Thank you so much for assisting me in my time of need! Highly recommend this ups store location!!!
