You have holiday traffic but every time I am at the P.O. there is usually just one person at the desk, and usually the same woman. Would it be asking too much to have a second person providing customer service? How this woman (Wendy) keeps a positive and friendly attitude I really don't know how she does it. Management obviously missed the lessons on customer service or they just don't care, probably the latter. Don't waste your time trying to call them, they never pick up and you can't leave a message. This is possibly the worst run P.O. in our area.

- SWShelley WDec 7, 20231.0Why is it so hard to figure out where this usps is located?? online says national life group, but that’s not correct. then i had to ask around town to find out they were tucked away and hidden by the fine arts building, just to arrive and see a sign saying they’re now outside of NAPA. that was over a month ago. Now i need to pick up another package, and everyday i drive by NAPA and they aren’t there. And if you call the customer service line they have no idea where they are, and just tell you that you need to go to the national life group. Why is it impossible for someone to just put the correct address online???????? the first time i had to deal with them i had a VERY important piece of mail go missing for months because nobody knew where these people were located, and when i got there the female denied having it without even looking for it. Thankfully the male worker actually did his job and looked for it and what do you know? it was there. Even before the flood and all this happening, this particular location has sucked. They’ve consistently lost packages and not admitted it, claimed they tried to drop off mail when my security cameras say otherwise, dropped off my medication and insurance cards to someone else in town, etc. All over bad. 1 star is too much.
