I have had packages sit in there for days before they even give me a slip to pick them up. Had to fill out paper work for our P.O. Box. Went in there with our ID's and the paperwork all filled out. They said we were all set and stamped the paperwork to confirm. Went in a few days later to get our mail and our box was locked. They would not release our mail to us and made us fill out the paper work AGAIN and it was the same lady at the counter. Wish their was a different alternative to getting out mail.
