All the ppl complaining about this post office have no clue what the workers are actually dealing with, they are short staffed, so if u have to wait 2-3 weeks to get ur package, it is what it is, the amount of time yall took outta ur day to write a whole essay with negative feedback like we back in middle school you could’ve went to the store and got what you wanted, they do sell dog food and toilet paper at the store haha, it’s the whole world now, I go in all the time to ship stuff out and the clerk Yuka is the friendliest dude always helps me out and is great, the customers I see him deal with on a daily basis is ridiculous, barely can look him in the eye when he greets them and calling him names and being rude to him, it’s not right, they doing the best they can with the limited resources they have. All I can say is I’ve always had a great experience dealing with him and this post office and all these ppl writing nasty comments need to find something better to do with their life.

Packages held at facility for several weeks at a time and they smile and just tell you "we aren't delivering to that area right now". A shipping company that won't deliver your packages. However, if you pay them even more money to have a PO box, then you get the joy of coming to pick them up yourself. Great business model for a shipping company. Stood in line to ask about my lack of delivery. When a buddy of the guy at the counter walked in, the clerk stepped away from my line to go get his multiple packages and just said "oh his is usually fast". Apparently how fast your transaction is determines your priority, not how long you have been waiting in line. Delivered packages (when I used to get them) are left in the middle of my driveway exposed to all weather conditions. Horrible customer service and no accountability. Must be nice to have a business where you can fail repeatedly and still have a job.

Ive been waiting for my packages that was supposed to come Saturday or Monday. Has been in Burlington or on way to Colchester since the 16th. Went in on way home to check as I understand staffing is a problem, however wanted to see if they could just check abd give it to me then. The lady goes sorry yeah we haven’t even gotten to some of the mail. We should by Saturday be caught up. No offer to look and see if it was in back nothing. Now luckily I don’t depend on this medication to actually survive, however it’s orettt terrible customer service and I’ve lived all over chittenden county. This post office is the worst. Never know when we will get our mail and they don’t even scan packages till a week later. Terrible service
