- WKWillow KellySep 7, 20251.0Two packages were marked as delivered and left on my front door at 4pm on a Thursday evening. I was home, the mail truck never came, neither myself nor my neighbor have my packages. The following day, I called the Post Office and spoke to a clerk who confirmed they were delivered to the wrong address. I was told they would be retrieved and delivered the same day and I would receive a phone call. It has been 5 days and I have neither heard from the post office or received my packages. I don't understand why it is so difficult to deliver mail to a clearly marked address or to own up to when they make mistakes.

I attempted to pick up a package that has been "waiting for delivery scan" for six days now, and was told I cannot. I understand they are having staffing issues but this is ridiculous. Also, for the last year and a half, we consistently receive mail in our mailbox that belongs to our neighbors. I assume they probably receive mail that is addressed to us.
