Business and law firms beware before you open up shop in the area, because you cannot count on these individuals to deliver mail in a timely fashion. Two weeks for a letter to go to the next town over is simply unacceptable. They look for reasons to not deliver your packages, and if they can't find one, they make one up. I'm tired of these people making the entire area come to them for pickup, especially since it's 20 miles round trip for some of the towns they serve. Incompetent, rude, and flat out liars. Oh, and you can't call them because they refuse to answer the phone. Strongly considering filing an IG complaint. The community deserves better, they are repeatedly failing in their duties, and they should be relieved for cause.
