Was extremely rude for the very last time to me. I called simply to ask for my mailbox to be shut as I had to pick mail out of the ditch. I was rudely spoken to, my complaint ignored, told it was not only my fault, my faulty box and my responsibility, was sworn at, and then hung up on by The Post Master Kevin. At anytime any person should be able to call up and voice their concerns to a post master without being told they don't have time for rude complaints. If asking or expecting my perfectly fine mailbox in working condition to be shut so my mail doesn't get blown all over the road is considered rude, I wonder what it is you call a person who responded as he did? Possibly the same nasty word he called me before hanging up! *Was called back by Terry, returned her call and she was beyond rude. I had enough and popped off at the mouth. I was told my mailbox was faulty because Kevin the Post Master came up to check. I'm making a complaint, as in no way do I deserve such attitude, treatment, nor is my mailbox faulty in any way. If your going to lie make sure you can back that lie up.

What was a friendly place with professional, competent, and courteous people you were glad to see has changed for the worse with the addition of a new employee, who actually was rude, as well as showing himself incompetent. We will be going elsewhere when possible.
