I drop off probably 25 packages a week at this location for my business. It goes smooth most of the time. All of the employees seem to be fine with my constant drop offs, but one woman always looks for a problem with me. Multiple times she has noted some mundane issue that has never been an issue in the past. Most recently , she shipped back 4 orders to my house due to improper weights. The service I use to sell my products auto generates labels and doesn’t let me choose the weight, they just pay for the adjustment after the fact. mind you, I’ve dropped off hundreds of packages and it has NEVER been an issue. Now I have four customers without their items and no real solution; all of this because one worker wants to create issues.
AVOID this usps. Just use drop boxes if you can.

Lose packages and mail On a regular basis And rude when I try to talk to them about it afterward. They have lost several packages and last time I tried to talk to to someone at the Post Office the woman said well you can get a refund from the company anyway as if it were no big deal. When I have to call these companies all the time for refunds it makes them look at me like I'm lying. He delivers my mail to the wrong buildings and I have to go look for it it's really pathetic. All I know is I want what I pay for and I don't dare order anything anymore if USPS is the one Delivering. This man is slow and lazy doesn't seem to want to do his job . Makes me wonder if all of our packages are sitting in his place because he didn't want to deliver them.
