- JKJessica KenyonDec 15, 20251.0I know that there is a staffing shortage but the past year I've received less and less paper mail, going upwards of a month without any paper mail I would receive my packages on time although very late in the evening and then when I've tried to collect my mail the front end person was extremely rude and refused to even check , I went back the next morning another person was on and they had no problem retrieving my mail. What i don't understand is why not bring the mail when delivering packages?

I asked the older gentleman behind the counter if he could use the flate rate tape he had to close up my box. He said no I have to pay for tape and go to the back of the line. Takes a few seconds to tape it up and every other post office I have gone to will do that. He was extremely short with everyone and if you didn't have everything perfect you had to go to the back.
