- APAustin PellegrinoOct 21, 20251.0I was traveling and sending gifts back. I packed them up in the flat rate box. I asked the older gentleman behind the counter if he could use the flate rate tape he had to close up my box. He said no I have to pay for tape and go to the back of the line. Takes a few seconds to tape it up and every other post office I have gone to will do that. He was extremely short with everyone and if you didn't have everything perfect you had to go to the back.
