- ACAndrew CardinalOct 17, 20254.0I've been at the post office for a very long time.I have a post office box.They've always been very nice to me when I was in the hospital.They took care of my mail.I didn't have to worry about a lot of things.And they were always pleasant and friendly with me.I guess it's all about and the way you approach.Thank you
- PMPetra MaxwellDec 30, 20241.0If I could give a lower rating, I would. This is the worst post office I've ever been to. The tellers are universally unfriendly and slow. On Christmas Eve, when everyone was rushing to send off last minute cards and gifts, people were understandably squeezing into the facility at the last minute just before the post office was scheduled to close. There was a long line ahead of me, but as I looked at my watch, it was 5 minutes before closing as I managed to get in the door before they locked up. I waited patiently with my small package and finally got to the window. The rude P.O. attendant yelled at me to "get out" because the post office was now closed. She then told the attendant at the next window, who was assisting another customer at the time, to also refuse to help me. I couldn't believe it! I corrected her and told her that I entered the building before closing time and had been waiting in line like for my turn like everyone else. She continued to yell at me and told me to leave the building. I have never witnessed such disrespectful, rude behavior. It would have taken this woman 2 minutes to weigh and stamp my package. Clearly the facility was still serving customers because the P.O. attendant at the next window was still helping someone with multiple packages. The entire staff needs serious customer service retraining.

They have lost several packages and last time I tried to talk to to someone at the Post Office the woman said well you can get a refund from the company anyway as if it were no big deal. When I have to call these companies all the time for refunds it makes them look at me like I'm lying. He delivers my mail to the wrong buildings and I have to go look for it it's really pathetic. All I know is I want what I pay for and I don't dare order anything anymore if USPS is the one Delivering. This man is slow and lazy doesn't seem to want to do his job . Makes me wonder if all of our packages are sitting in his place because he didn't want to deliver them.
