- PMPetra MaxwellDec 30, 20241.0If I could give a lower rating, I would. This is the worst post office I've ever been to. The tellers are universally unfriendly and slow. On Christmas Eve, when everyone was rushing to send off last minute cards and gifts, people were understandably squeezing into the facility at the last minute just before the post office was scheduled to close. There was a long line ahead of me, but as I looked at my watch, it was 5 minutes before closing as I managed to get in the door before they locked up. I waited patiently with my small package and finally got to the window. The rude P.O. attendant yelled at me to "get out" because the post office was now closed. She then told the attendant at the next window, who was assisting another customer at the time, to also refuse to help me. I couldn't believe it! I corrected her and told her that I entered the building before closing time and had been waiting in line like for my turn like everyone else. She continued to yell at me and told me to leave the building. I have never witnessed such disrespectful, rude behavior. It would have taken this woman 2 minutes to weigh and stamp my package. Clearly the facility was still serving customers because the P.O. attendant at the next window was still helping someone with multiple packages. The entire staff needs serious customer service retraining.

He also takes about 5x longer than anyone else because he flirts with any woman who comes to his window for about 5-10 minutes. I've seen lines go out the door because despite it clearly being busy he'd rather chat up some woman. He's clearly hitting on them because he sure doesn't chat up any guys. Then when he finally gets to a guy he always has something snarky and rude to remark on with a pissy attitude as if thinking 'ugh how dare you waste my time when I could be flirting.' Clearly doesn't want to do his job either since he's berated guys saying they should just do everything online and drop it off in a mailbox rather than come in "because dude you don't have to bother us, standing in line, waiting for us to ship something for you." Yeah, right, I'm sure the lines are the customers at fault. How about do your f-ing unionized cushy job you obviously can't get fired from.
