I was downtown Burlington so I stopped by this UPS store on S Winooski Ave. Not only that Caitlyn helped me within few minutes, she didn't even bother charging me for it, with words ' don't worry about it! ' !!! She also HAD to loose time like Steve did at Williston location, but she was SUPER cool about it and MORE then happy to do it!!! That's what I call AMAZING customer service and that's how you make sure customers WILL come back to this location! I strongly recommend this store!
