  This is the best UPS branch I have ever visited in the United States, and I have lived in many different parts of the country. The staff are consistently efficient, professional, and genuinely pleasant to work with. Even during the busiest times, they remain friendly, calm, and remarkably adept at managing long lines and multiple customers with large numbers of packages. Every staff member is outstanding. I would especially like to thank Kalia for her excellent customer service. She consistently brings a smile to my face, and her professionalism and warmth make every visit a pleasure. UPS is fortunate to have a staff member like Kalia. She is truly an asset to the company.

  If you don't like being approached by loud, barking dogs stay out of the store. The owner does not care if people do not like dogs and let's the dogs run free in the store.

  The staff here are the best. They are so helpful, and kind. I always leave happy and surprised at how quick and easy it was

  The UPS Store in Burlington is by far the best UPS location in the area. Every time I walk in, the team is friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful and patient. They consistently go above and beyond- whether it’s packing, shipping, printing, or troubleshooting a tricky request. Their customer service is exceptional, and it’s clear they take pride in making sure each customer has a positive experience. I’ve been to other UPS stores nearby, and nothing compares to the level of care and efficiency I get here. Highly recommend!
