- TRTyler Rackliffe4 days ago5.0Came here for a passport photo and it was a <10 minute process. I paid $16 including tax and left with a USB stick they provided with several versions including one optimized for the Department of State website. The clerk who helped said if there were any issues I could get a refund or retake. I uploaded with my application with no issue. The stick they gave me has a surprising capacity of 8 GBs which is a nice bonus.

I checked at home and the website priced it at around $250.00 for the exact same service. Tried to reach someone to ask whether a mistake was made and ran into the worst phone tree/website/AI nightmare imaginable, seemingly designed to make you quit in frustration and write a review like this. I'll use UPS in future.

I appreciate how, late in the day, they were transparent that they could try to add the project, but were not sure it was feasible. I appreciate how organized they are and how they make sure all projects are done well. I’m particularly grateful they completed my books as I head out tomorrow to bring them to a funeral. But, even if they couldn’t, they staff are wonderful and they provide quality communication and service
