- PPPOct 29, 20251.0I pay for a post office box at this location and they have now, admittedly lost multiple pieces of mail. As in, physically lost the mail pieces and could not recover them. I had to contact a company to reissue a check because, although I received a picture notification by email that the check was on its way to my PO Box, the envelope mysteriously vanished, and when I inquired about it, I received some attitude from someone working at the counter, who then directed me to the gentleman who is in charge of the PO boxes, who told me the envelope was gone and could not be recovered due to a mix up. Although I do appreciate this gentleman being forthcoming, it is absolutely unacceptable. I have no recourse, and the check issuer is of course confused and is also giving me a hard time. This is a nightmare, and I strongly advise against renting a box at this location.

I was waiting for my parcel that had been out for delivery at like 6:25am then I check and it says weather related. Nothing happened here today. You who work here are doing a crappy job! I should be compensated for have to wait around for my parcels I paid for. Anyway to everyone don’t use Brattleboro Main Post Office they are a complete joke. Gotta hold packages and mail for up to 3 days smh

However, every time I have the people have been nice and they take really good care of my little chicks when they arrive and my eggs. So I felt the need to leave a review. So if you’re getting chicks shipped into town, know that they will be in caring hands at the post office until you can get them. Appreciate the love they show my bitty babies.
