This store never has enough employees and the ones there are demonstrably agitated with customers. Avoid this Staples if you can.
- MSMark SauveDec 5, 20251.0Worst customer service at any Staples. When using the self-serve fax it takes about 2 mins per sheet to fax which there isn’t any notice informing how long it takes. Estimated time was 21 mins so I asked the young male employee if he could make a copy of the document while I waited for the fax confirmation. His response “No. I’m too busy back here so you’ll need to wait until your fax goes through and use the self-service.” What happens to customer service? I understand they probably have print jobs they are working at completing, but there wasn’t any other customers in the store.
