  I wouldn't hesitate to ship anything here or buy things. However, the last time I went to the copy center, I waited in a line 4 people deep, which is fine, but when I got to the counter, the associate - (I don't think he's a regular there, but said he'd been in retail for 20 + years) told me he couldn't make the copies I needed on cardstock paper. BECAUSE HE DIDN'T KNOW HOW. I asked him if he could just take what I needed off my zip drive and the people who know how to do it could then do it later and he said no I would have to come back in a few hours when those people were there. I went elsewhere to get my copies made and will not use Staples printing services ever again.

  The lady behind the desk was more worried about talking to another associate about another guest in a negative manner rather than greeting the people in line waiting to complete the purchase.
