  I wouldn't hesitate to ship anything here or buy things. However, the last time I went to the copy center, I waited in a line 4 people deep, which is fine, but when I got to the counter, the associate - (I don't think he's a regular there, but said he'd been in retail for 20 + years) told me he couldn't make the copies I needed on cardstock paper. BECAUSE HE DIDN'T KNOW HOW. I asked him if he could just take what I needed off my zip drive and the people who know how to do it could then do it later and he said no I would have to come back in a few hours when those people were there. I went elsewhere to get my copies made and will not use Staples printing services ever again.

  I needed printing completed for Toys For Tots registrations this Christmas. The copies looked so professional & easy to read compared to trying to print 2,500 with our little hp printer. Thank you Staples!

  Great service at the USPS counter. I just had to wait a while to get help. Not enough staffing there these days.
