Called today to see if they were accepting returns yet and the woman I spoke to was rude for no reason. She had an attitude when telling me they were still waiting on labels, as if I should have known what the issue was. Then in the middle of me asking if she knew when those were expected to arrive, she hung up. Sorry if you have to answer that question a lot when you unexpectedly close down the main reason anyone goes to Staples anymore. Still not a reason to take it out on customers when you work in customer service.
