- DDDavidDec 27, 20251.0I highly suggest the manager of this place deal with the person that Worked on Saturday, December 27 in the afternoon upfront at the UPS drop off station. This girl needs to be fired without a second thought she lied. She even made it clear when we first walked in. She did not want to deal with the drop off that we had she lied a number of times that she could not do it, raising her voice, trying to say that somebody cussed her when that was not the facts number of people in the store waiting behind us telling us that we had to do this or that in order to do the drop off for UPS when we’ve done drop offs at UPS the same exact way with different employees I don’t know who this girl is, but if she’s there the next time we will never use the store again. This girl needs to be taken outback and taught a lesson all you have to do is look at the other reviews if this girl doesn’t lose her job whoever is the manager of the store. Needs to go back to management school This is unreal.

Mentioned it to a different emplyee to see if it was just me. I got a firm nod that indeed she is nasty. Must make for an unplesant work environment. Will not set foot in this staples again.
