- FFFawzia FadlallahMar 23, 20261.0They honestly deserve a -5. We had moved here a month ago and put in a request for a mailbox keys. They told us that it was going to be a way due to a war. That’s not even happening here to change our locks. Now I’m stuck waiting for a mail carrier that I’m not even sure showed up because my medication has been delivered to the mailbox. I cannot access. I have literally called them 20 times and I’m guessing their phone line does not work neither. This has to be the worst postal experience I’ve ever in my life being in a military family have experienced. I highly recommend paying for a PO Box that’s in Tabb versus wasting your time!
