  D MY PACKAGE! They LIED and said I “refused the package” tho I was home that entire week sick (didn’t even leave to go to the store). So they’re claiming I paid the 50$ and then chose to refuse the package?? Cute. I called FIVE separate times - on the last two calls the non English speaking reps told me my package was “being released” and would “be delivered within the next 2 days”. More lies. It never came. Called again, they said the same thing. I also asked for a break down of the costs and tariffs which the male said he’d email to me, shockingly no email but he did disclose that 36$ of that fee was a “brokerage fee” on UPS part…the tariffs were only 9$ of the entire fee! Racket. Come to find out they ALSO charged the sender 20$ more dollars on their end. So all in all ups received nearly 70$ for a 5x5 package that they SENT BACK TO THE SENDER! I have photos and proof of all of this. Including ups rolling up to my neighborhood, not getting out of the truck, and leaving! Absolute scammers

  I have an extremely pleasant experience when I go to the ups store. They help me with the shipping of my products. They are very knowledgeable and explain things very well when I have questions.

  I normally have a good experience in this store but the manager ROCHELLE working on February 25, 2026 (just to make sure it’s no mistake on who I’m talking about) showed her POWER MOVE by not allowing me to pick up a delivery that I’ve been picking up there for about 6 months. I’ve moved from New York so my original address on the app is New York and my license is now VA (don’t match but welcome to transitional world). I’ve ordered, paid with order number receip, email confirmation - you name it - I had it. so should not be lack of resources to prove the delivery was mine. She made sure to use her POWER to be micro aggressive and refuse to let me pick up package I ordered. So had to order again after changing my mailing address in the app (even though I’m NOT HAVING IT DELIVERED TO MY HOME! 😏). All over NEPRESSO COFFEE 😶‍🌫️. As long as you don’t have ROCHELLE to serve you - YOU GOOD. UPS STORE - you can do better with your managers. Jordan and Kara are very professional and accommodating. You should promote them please!

  So I have mailed the same type of Walmart boxes from different stores throughout the United States from UPS. This the first time I’ve been told that the Walmart shipping box is not a shipping box and insurance can not be placed on the box. Also there is NO manager on duty to talk to but they have 5 kids running the store. This unacceptable. UPS do better. Also I went 5 minutes around the way and had no problems whatsoever. This raises concerns like why? Maybe they didn’t want me to put the insurance on the box because it was going to come up missing? Maybe they didn’t want UPS to make money because they enjoy not working while at work? Maybe the managers didn’t train the kids that were left to run the store properly? Maybe. Hmmm. The response by owner was not the original response. The original response included phone number and link for further information and assistance. And since this response is clearly from someone in the store without the emotional intelligence to be professional as the first response was I will be following up with a higher authority. Re writing responses to push your false narrative as for what is happening inside of this location. Again I say UPS DO BETTER
