- DJD JunioOct 4, 20251.0Went on the third of October to pick up our hold mail. We were supposed to have a package so my wife sent me back in to pick it up. The response I got was only if I have the tracking number can they look it up. I didn’t want to hold up the line so I left. Tracked the number and it states that the customer has place a hold and that it is being held at the Grafton facility. That is where I picked up my hold mail. We figured it would come in the mail the next day. Nope! It came with a group of held mail that apparently wasn’t given to us when we went yesterday. ??? Today my wife went to the mailbox to check for the package. It wasn’t there. Just the other mail that was on hold and the card you sign to place the hold. All they give you is an 800 number on there web page. No luck speaking with a human that can understand English. Really tired of the run around!! I would really appreciate competent professionals that knew what they are doing.

Another clerk came out and said she would help us even though it was her lunch time. She went above and beyond to help us get the process going and she was very polite and easy to work with. I don't know if I can name names but I hope she will get this feedback. My 88 year old mother really appreciated her efforts to get this done so she could go and see her daughter later in the month. Thank you so much for your help.
