When the postal worker opened the door at 1000, I told her that I was a walk-in for passport service. She announced to the all the people in line that we were all walk-ins. She told us that we had to sign in, and remarked that she was the only one doing passports and that we would have to be patient. Then she proceeded to take a family of 4 who arrived after me. My question is, if we were all walk-ins, how did the family of 4 who arrived after me, get what preferential treatment? After waiting about 45 minutes after opening, we were not able to complete our passport issues.
