- JJJanet JeffaloneDec 22, 20253.0Staff was helpful. I was also shocked by the tape charge. Was not on website and I dropped 1 box and 2 small bags and was charged $6 for tape, you would think one fee was enough. I was in a few weeks ago and didn't even need box for one return but did not see a sign for tape charge. When you only have limited time to go to store and your choice is to drive 15-20 minutes home for tape is a bit much, so like everywhere else you seem to shop you have to pay up charge for something. Not sure how justified $2 per package Merry Christmas..

My rating is based on a new policy to charge $2 if they have to help you by taping your package regardless of how small the need is. I understand that some people can take advantage of free help which was the reason given for the policy, but it was frustrating to be charged $2.14 for 5 cents worth of tape (less than a foot long) to seal an envelope. Leadership should empower employees to make judgment calls on when to charge for tape (e.g., taping up a shipping box) vs. not. This type of leadership decision-making will frustrate many clients and put staff in an awkward position of defending something they don't agree with. Leadership should focus on setting their team up for success and providing 5-star service vs. implementing policies like this which only frustrate everyone.
