- LBLynn BrownApr 24, 20251.0Delivery driver Hailey said package was undeliverable, we had another package that was lost and never found and recently had a missing package show up that was taped back with scotch tape. That is illegal to open someone’s mail are you kidding me. This place needs to be shut down! Stop stealing peoples mail.

- LOlinda oconnorApr 16, 20202.0Had requested mail to be held, and during the hold had put in a forwarding address as well. Went by twice during the hold, and the mail I picked up wasn't even for me. The main thing I stressed to them over was I had belated birthday gifts for my daughter coming in and wanted them sent to the new address, which I even had given them again while I was there the second time. They redelivered it to the old address as of yesterday, so I am freaking out, because the landlord won't respond, and is selling the home, so I basically drove my heavily pregnant self there twice, for nothing,when I'm hardly supposed to be traveling, and can't get my daughter's birthday gifts now, that I told them more than once needed to go to a different address that they were distinctly given, because I couldn't get them when I didn't have a "sorry we missed you card"
