- RPRobert PriceApr 23, 20261.0Manager/admin of Woodbridge post office was very rude. I wanted to figure out were my package is and he was very dismissive and this was my second visit in a day. He place a paper on the desk Told me right my name and number. When I proceeded to tell him I did that this morning. He says he didnt get it. Told me he was not able to communicate with other locations. Then told me he would send someone or call someone he knows there to look. At this point i felt like i was getting the run around. Overall the visit was very disheartening. I just wanted to know if my 400 dollar packages was lost or at least on its way to me. YOUR MANAGER AT THIS LOCATION NEEDS TRAINING.

I stopped by around late morning to ask about a piece of mail that had been missing for over a month, and the female staff at the counter were incredibly kind and helpful. The employee assisting me took the time to check in the back and speak with a manager to track it down. Even though it took a little time, they kept me informed and assured me they would look into it further and follow up. Later that same day, my mail was personally delivered right to my apartment door, which I truly appreciated. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, patient, and professional. The wait time was reasonable, and the level of care really stood out. I’m very grateful for their help and would definitely recommend this location. Thank you to the whole team for going the extra mile. I really appreciate it and wish you all the best.
