Customer was being so patient and polite as well— shame it ended on a bad note bc the employee “just wanted to go home”.

While the service can be extremely slow (moslty due to people who Still don't know how to address and envelope or mail a package), the team at the intake counter is Amazing and Beyond Patient. The leadership there might not be the best (I'm not sure, just a guess) but the people who work at the counter Deserve consistent positive recognition.
