I was simply going to ship an item already packaged and came in with label pre printed still on the paper I printed. The young gentleman said I have to cut the label from the paper and tape it on the package. Not even offering to help me do it. I asked if he had scissors and tape and he refused help. Said I could buy tape and tape it on. There were 2 other employees there with no one else in line and they didn’t say anything to try and help. I stood there for a few minutes processing this and waiting for someone to chime in and help out. Nothing. So I left quietly. Never again at this location.

MULTIPLE times my packages get delivered to a parcel locker and the key is NOT in my mailbox. Caught the mailman one time before in the mailroom and he had to open up all lockers to find the key to my package. Just happened again today and don’t try calling them because you CANNOT get in touch with a person!
