While the service can be extremely slow (moslty due to people who Still don't know how to address and envelope or mail a package), the team at the intake counter is Amazing and Beyond Patient. The leadership there might not be the best (I'm not sure, just a guess) but the people who work at the counter Deserve consistent positive recognition.

This was not just any shipment—it was a unique piece of art —and USPS handled it with shocking carelessness. The level of negligence shown is unacceptable. If you value your items, especially anything rare or fragile, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Called the USPS, they basically treat you with disrespect as if this is NOT their problem. USPS service sucks!!!
