Getting there is only the first challenge—it’s always packed, and there’s barely any staff to assist the people waiting. Our package isn’t urgent, but someone else might be expecting something important, and this kind of service is just unacceptable.

I've sent very important documents TWICE, I even paid for express delivery (envelop) on a holiday $47. and it never got to the destination. The first time, in October, I sent a gift card to my nephew and never received it. I'm about to file a claim to get refunded and Insurance money as they lost the 2 envelopes....please people use FEDEX instead! They won't even answer the phone!!! very frustrated!
