You wait over 30 - 50 mins to get to front & finally I walk to the register & he just shakes his head no. I said are you not ready & he says I’m closed. Closes his register & now we all need to wait until the next cashier to come take another register. This is ridiculous. I wish they would close all USPS already & just keep UPS, FedEx & DHL who are all way more efficient than USPS!

I submitted a change of address request over a month ago, and I just received the confirmation notice yesterday — more than 30 days later. Not only was my request processed ridiculously late, but the notice also claims my change was made on November 19th, which is completely false. I submitted my request well before that date. To make matters even worse, they spelled my name wrong, so now I have to go back in person to fix their mistake. This entire process has been inconvenient, unprofessional, and unnecessarily time-consuming. There is no reason a simple change of address should take over a month and be done incorrectly on top of that. 👎🏾

Lectured me about shipping options that didn't work for me twice after I explain how they didn't work for me. Then he tossed my packages, that were marked fragile, like he was playing cornhole. When I asked him to be more gentle. He explained how they don't do fragile with packages anymore... he was a jerk and reinforced why I avoid this post office. It's worth driving to Bristow for half decent service.
