  I found out the employee's name and his name is Mark. He is extremely rude to customers, also stated by other reviewers here. They're not wrong at all. He is condescending as hell. He also claimed that they charge to tape up a box which is completely untrue. He was practically begging me to buy a whole roll of tape just to tape up one box. I go to the Tacketts location all the time and not once have they ever charged me for taping up my box. I won't go into detail about why I was there but just beware of Mark. He's extremely rude. I actually advise you not to go to this location just so you don't run the risk of interacting with him. He talks to you like you're stupid and has this weird tone and he knows exactly what he's doing when he does that. As soon as you start to ask even one simple question you can tell he gets "annoyed" immediately, as if it's not his job to do so. This is why I usually go up to Tacketts but I went to this one for whatever reason and I instantly regretted it walking out. I went to the Tacketts location after only buying the box after he tried to rip me off (had to ship an item out) and I saved over 6 dollars. Beware of mark and this location on Merchant...Oh and his breath is really bad. He needs to get some breath mints or something. I was at a distance from him and could still smell it. (not even trying to be insulting, I'm being dead serious)

  The associate greeted me quickly and answered pricing questions I had about scanning vs faxing. The associate was very confident & quick, had my transaction completed quickly. This location is organized & not cluttered.

  The red hair gentleman with the glasses was incredibly professional, and very knowledgeable on how to return numerous Amazon packages for my wife. Thank you so very much for making it so easy. You guys are lucky to have an employee like this.
