  I recently shipped an item from this location and made a slight mistake when verifying the address. Once I realized my mistake a few days later, I called and spoke with the store manager, Amir, who was very professional and courteous throughout the whole process. Amir was able to get in touch with the correct UPS hub in CA, stop the process of the item being returned to me and was able to correct the address and have the package continue on to its original destination. This experience was a pleasant reminder of why always ship with UPS. Try getting this type help from the Postal Service.

  the gentleman that helped me was very kind and insured that my items were packed properly and he was gentle. i had an issue with payment and the team checked on me periodically to insure i was okay. besides the man that helped me, the other workers were being very kind and patient to the other people they were assisting.

  Amazing experience at this UPS Store! I came in needing help shipping several large boxes internationally after being turned away by USPS, and the staff here completely saved the day. They were incredibly patient, kind, and understanding throughout the entire process. They even let us borrow a platform cart so we could bring all our boxes in at once, which made a huge difference. When we realized one box exceeded the weight limit, they allowed us to open and redistribute items into other boxes without any hassle. Despite how time-consuming our situation was, they handled everything calmly and professionally while still helping other customers. Huge shoutout to Dexter, who helped us most of the time and was absolutely fantastic. His patience and willingness to go above and beyond made a stressful situation so much easier. Highly recommend this location if you need reliable, compassionate service, especially for international shipping!

  Wow, fantastic service. Didn't even take a minute! I went to go use the self service return kiosk and a man politely offered to help me at the desk. 3 other employees were already helping others. Well staffed and all super helpful!
