I ended up having to return the package and create a whole new label just because of their carelessness. When I called the store to get help, the employee was completely rude, refused to help, and even hung up the phone on me in the middle of explaining my problem. The level of disrespect and incompetence here is insane. This location is honestly the worst of the worst. I’ll never use this store again.
