I ended up having to return the package and create a whole new label just because of their carelessness. When I called the store to get help, the employee was completely rude, refused to help, and even hung up the phone on me in the middle of explaining my problem. The level of disrespect and incompetence here is insane. This location is honestly the worst of the worst. I’ll never use this store again.

I arrived about 10 minutes later, and thanks to her efficiency, I was out the door in less than 15 minutes with perfectly printed fliers in hand. Aya was extremely kind, professional, and graceful, she literally turned my stressful day around. On top of the quick turnaround, she even took the time to adjust the formatting so the fliers would fit the paper correctly. Her attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile made all the difference. Excellent service from Aya. She exceeded my expectations and I’m truly grateful for her help.
