If you live on commonwealth street expect every package you or to be returned to sender cause the post master and she is very rude 2 days in a row I knew I had a package that was ordered with other items from Walmart + most was food items so gotta use my physical address and because of that she sent a very needed package back and pretended like she couldn't hear me then after about 30 seconds she just hangs up I am going to take this a step further and go above her head and have a USPS investigation opened up on her cause some of their workers try to help ppl out but she also will not help anyone noatter how bad their struggling cause she doesn't care about anyone but herself she has nice home and car I'm sure and prolly has never struggled for food or a ride out or ever experienced how hard it is to get a ride out to anywhere so really on e I get a vehicle back I'll be switching post offices as long as she is there but until then I'll have to deal with her ride and hateful behavior and if she didn't know that is a public service job which means your customer curtious should be your number one priority but this women doesn't care about ppl she feels she is better than ever one

Absolute worst customer service in the history of post offices. Will not hold packages at post office. Then they wonder why usps is failing when you have staff here wasting money returning to sender when someone can pick it up within 10 minutes

The young man that waited on me that particular day was rude and did not care if I got my package or not. He needs a severe lesson in customer service.
