The gentlemen that works the desk has been rude on multiple occasions and trying to get someone's attention to actually get help is daunting (guy probably can't hear me because he's talking on the phone). Place needs help.

This is the third time its happened since August and I'm getting very put out by it.

I don't know why they do this , unless they are too lazy to deliver it to our front porch.
