I owe a trip to my former post office in the city I moved from which I thought had average customer svc, but compared to this branch I've used since moved to Windsor, I definitely owe an apology to my former post office. The 3 stars specifically represent three workers only that in the 7 mths since moving to Windsor I've seen 'excellent' customer svc from them, and if they were the 'only' employees to interact with there would be 5 stars. I'd put names here but I never see a name tag that faces the customer but I do ok with descriptions. The mail carrier (middle aged medium height Caucasian male) is a delight in our neighborhood & full of energy & very friendly who actually smiles! The other 2 stars are for 2 Caucasian women that 'may' be mid 60's, medium height & one is retiring in a few mths. They both have also been a delight in providing good svc each time I saw them & they informed me that I didn't have to pay full shipping for the books I published & told me about "media mail" rates. I was so appreciative to the lady retiring for her kindness that I gave her an autographed copy. Then there's two more employees that have 'consistently' less manners or people skills than our small family pet🐕, who meets & greets at the door. I often tell my grands that our doggy has more manners than what some humans are paid to have but don't. I agree with another review that I'll drive to Smithfield or Suffolk than for interaction with the brown skin kind of tall middle aged female who I have YET to not see her with a phone to her ear with what's obvious as personal by the words. The other person who didn't get a star is the tall brown skin man who for real also needs a refresher in people skills. Other than that I've liked every other business interaction in the town of Windsor. It won't be an inconvenience at all to use the other post offices where I also do business in Smithfield & Suffolk, but it's the first post office ever that I've known of customers to avoid using, especially in a small town environment that I view overall as friendly. I know USPS is short staffed & probably desperate enough to lower their standards over the years of quality customer svc, obviously. Special thanks to those that make a difference in your service!👍🏽🪖🇺🇸

I have been in 4 times, all 4 times the woman working has been rude, unfriendly and difficult. She wouldn't process my first package because i wrote on the box and not on a piece of paper. The last visit, she would not process a package to deployed military without an additional 4 digits on the zipcode when every other location has. I have never needed it in 10yrs anywhere. No advice on how to find it, just a dead stair like she's waiting for me to pull it out of thin air. She's not helpful and not friendly, and shouldn't be working in customer service if she hates helping customers.

Didn't realize how much I took the one in Smithfield for granted until I moved here. The gentlemen that works the desk has been rude on multiple occasions and trying to get someone's attention to actually get help is daunting (guy probably can't hear me because he's talking on the phone). Place needs help.

I dont know what it is with the new person delivering to Sylvia Circle but I've had it with my packages marked delivered and then not being put in the mailbox and Iove that this occurs after the Post Office is closed. This is the third time its happened since August and I'm getting very put out by it.

Poor, Poor service. They should close this facility. I will now drive to Smithfield Post Office in the future. Wish I could give zero stars.
