Not a single word from staff about how the line works, so some people stand in line for 5-10 minutes to get to the cashier. Also the door screeching every time it opens is terrible and has been that way for months. I'll just pay the dollar at the other place and get supplies elsewhere for a while and suggest everyone else do the same.

They were right, I wasn't educated and needed more information. I went ahead and reached out to the company to get permission to print. The company acknowledged they don't have print copies and referred to their legal statements in which allows PERSONAL copies to be printed/made/bound. Even when you provide the legal right/reference from the rights holder, no one bothers to read it. Not even the "manager". Customer service effort: zero.
