As a result, my mail never reached its destination, and the office did not provide a responsible response. Furthermore, the representative self-rated the customer service, which does not reflect the actual satisfaction with the service.
- ALAmarilis LopezDec 18, 20231.0Had the worst experience with an older lady today. Did not know how to input an address or a PO BOX from PR and basically told me that there was nothing she can do. My fiance and I have been sending packages to PR since forever at this location and this is the first time I felt like I wasnt going to be assisted because of where I'm from and location of the package. When I told the lady that I've been sending packages there all the time and that she needs to assist as others have, she said to me rudely in front of everyone to take my business elsewhere. NOTE: THE LADY ENDED UP INPUTING THE INFO AS I TOLD HER BEFORE AND IT WENT THROUGH. POST OFFICE RETRAIN YOUR PEOPLE ONCE AGAIN, NOT EVERYONE SENDS PACKAGES WITHIN THE US, THE US ALSO HAS OTHER TERRITORIES AND COMMONWEALTH. I'm on the lookout to make sure that package makes it like it's supposed to.
