When I spoke up, she caused a scene in front of my kids instead of apologizing. Her attitude was aggressive and totally uncalled for. She has no business working with the public.

I was sending out a loan check and had no idea how to go about this, he walked me through it, informed me of the best mailing option I was worried about losing the check in the mail.
