    Today I had to stop at UPS store to utilize their notary service which non-existent. The older woman decided that she didn't couldn't handle it. She wanted me to go down to the courthouse to get it done and I told her I'll go to my bank. It'll be easier. Two blocks away to get it done but again the UPS failed to offer services that they show on the website. This is the second time this week that UPS failed to deliver services that they offer on their website

    I was in a rush to send my Christmas Almond Butter Crunch to my daughter who loves chocolate so she could taste test 5 different styles. The UPS staff was quick and helpful getting the candy package from Virginia to Edgewater Florida by the next day. Thank you UPS!

    Would help if they stayed open until closing time! Showed up with 2 minutes to spare and the door was already locked and the employee is just looked at me stupidly.

    Had a very wonderful experience with Dominic. He helped me very quickly and by happy stance helped me figure out I had an issue with my CC, that I was able to take care of when I got home that my CC company that they didn't even notify me. Great customer service, very efficient service as well.
