This has nothing to do with the employee that checked me out.. She was wonderful. She was running the cash register, Amazon returns and when she finished my transaction, she had to run to the other side of the store where printing and I guess shipping is and do that line.. While there was still like 15 people in the Amazon return line. That’s not OK and I hope she finds a better job Because no employee deserves to be overwhelmed like that. She was very composed and professional and didn’t seem frazzled, but that’s not OK to run a business like that.

I've come in here on several occasions to have posters digitally scanned, as these posters aren't archived anywhere online. The other associates haven't had any problems digitally scanning them for me, but today a gentleman said they can't do it because it's "copyrighted material" whatever dude. Apparently the $40 I was going to be spending having posters scanned isn't good here. I'll take my business elsewhere.

Horrible customer service in printing. I left a small project last week and said I could pick up Monday to give them some extra time to finish. I was there at 5:00 p.m. and it was not started. When I explained I needed it for a huge competition I was going to in FL leaving Wed the person said she could do it in 15 minutes if I wanted to wait, so I did. What I got back was an off center trimmed copy laminated with fingerprints all over it and not the product I was shown when I first inquired about the “luggage tag”. Apparently the person I first asked may have either been fired or quit. There were 4 people working the counter yesterday just chatting amongst themselves, and others were having issues with the copier. There was no quality service, and the product was the lowest of the low I have ever experienced. The young man who handed the product to me said I could have them for free because it was their fault. I would have gladly paid for the product I expected, not rubbish. When I asked for a Manager a tall woman came over and said….well, you didn’t pay anything for it did you….so just go! Are you kidding me….who does this? I said I would be calling someone….she interrupted me and said….you call, you just call. So here I am putting it in writing because the culture of the store is deplorable. This is one of many awful jobs they have tried to give me “free” because of their mistakes. Free does not work. It has cost me time and now I have less than 24 hrs. to find another source for professionally done luggage tags. Where is your Customer Service Training, your human decency and attention to detail. Obviously this is not one of your stores values.

Stopped in at 12:30p on 12/1 and there was over 25 customers waiting in line and one cashier. The same cashier was also performing Amazon returns. It took 42 minutes to get through the line to purchase my 1 small item. I watched over 15 people walk in the front door and immediately walk back out. Poor planning on lunches/breaks? Lack of staff? Regardless of the reason, the seemingly careless attitude of the other staff shows why Staples is not what it used to be. The one cashier that was working was, in fact, working but seemed and sounded miserable and rude to those who simply asked if the extremely long line was the only avaliable line. While the others that I saw, were giving dirty looks to those who complained and juat proceeded to continue walking around. While I understand that the loss of my business is miniscule, the other 15 people can make a difference and the entire 42 mins of waiting tells me there will be more.
