- CCClocksApr 26, 20251.0I am not sure if these people are unbelievably incompetent or just generally evil, but they seem to have a really hard time doing their job. Nothing infuriates me more in an otherwise amazing place (Floyd) than the management of USPS here. I do my job, you do yours. Howabout that? Once again, I am waiting for a part to be delivered to my PO Box because USPS won't deliver to my home. They won't explain why, they just act confused like they don't know where they are or what day it is when I bring it up. Once again, my package said it was delivered to my post office box and it's not there. It has been years, since Day 1, where these people are incapable of delivering my mail. I pay extra for a PO Box. How difficult is this? Floyd USPS marks packages as delivered, but they're not delivered. I'm not sure if they do this to boost their numbers or what. Their customer service sucks. You know how I know their customer service sucks? Because this issue has been going on for YEARS and they will never fix it.
