They let the phone ring ongoing and then hang up, multiple times. All I want to know is why they refused my package. I'm in Ohio and I cannot go in person and no one will tell me- not even the national number. Why even have a phone? They might as well throw it in the trash.

I honestly had the best experience here. I needed fingerprinting and waited in the normal line which took less than five minutes. The person at the counter was very pleasant and offered to send someone over to assist after I explained what I needed (this location has a separate counter for that service but obviously it’s unstaffed as there’s not a lot of need). The person that came over a couple of minutes later was so nice and professional. When I asked if I could also get some passport photos taken while I was there she said the other person would have to do it but he was prompt with assisting me, was also very professional and friendly. Just the whole experience was phenomenal. No one once made my unusual requests seem inconvenient, and every encounter I had or observed was top notch! Made my day!

It’s a nice post office facility. There’s usually parking available. The service was fast.
