- HHH.Belle44Sep 17, 20255.0I came to this post office for my passport paperwork. Spencer helped me out, and was very knowledgeable, efficient, kind, and helpful. There was also another person working behind the counter who was very kind and helpful to the people who came in, making everyone feel comfortable. I didn’t catch her name but I’m glad there are such nice people working there. Everyone seemed very helpful and capable.

I was waiting to receive a package and when I used the tracking number (which I was updating frequently that day) it stated that no one was available or authorized to sign for the package. All lies. I'm pretty sure these people are federal employees and receive federal benefits, which means lying is an ethical violation meaning the worker can no longer be trusted to do their job. Looking at the ratings here, it looks like DOGE might need to pay a visit to USPS for some streamlining and efficiency as our tax dollars pay these people
