It’s a nice post office facility. There’s usually parking available. The service was fast.

Lines are sometimes long. Pre done packages and labels are better to just drop in the box. But also an event happened a long while back and I forgot to leave a review for it so i will do so now. Both me and the person I was with still remember this event at this location. I usually dont like going to the counter for help but needed to one time. The guy at the counter who was handing my stuff started making weird comments I guess trying to "compliment" me and the person I was with. He started trying to compliment us, ask if were related, said we were pretty, then proceeded to say he likes "oriental girls" (this is not a compliment or an endearing term this term objectifies us). Why on earth would this employee think its ok to start making weird comments I dont know. But him holding the package with my name and address on it was also not comforting. I just went with it and didnt cause a scene because I just wanted my mail sent and he could see all my home information so I didnt want to make him mad. I have avoided the counter ever since and try to use outside drop off with re done labels just to avoid him. I dont know his name or if he still works there after all this time but that made us want to avoid going in at all cost. Please dont hit on people just trying to send mail. And oriental isn't a compliment. Also on another visit we had a passport appointment to get them done and the 3 of us there waited way past our appointment and just gave up and left after sitting in the main area for a long time. We had to be somewhere else and didnt have time to just hope to be seen even though our appointment time had passes. Just went to another place instead that happily got us in and out with everything completed.

Not that reviews matter here but I’ll still leave one. This location has the most unfriendly employees working here. I didn’t get to see the name tag of the person that did my transaction because her braids were covering it (I’m sure on purpose) but she has the nastiest attitude and should not be working with people (black woman with glasses and braids) Her and a woman named Rachel were working together and neither cracked a smile nor a hello. Both seemed miserable to be there and very unwilling to help customers. I’d be so embarrassed to know I hired employees like this. They seemed reluctant to tell customers that there was a surgery at the bottom of their receipts. I encourage everyone to take that survey and just maybe something will be done about this location and their very rude and unwelcoming employees. Multiple people had to step out of the line and get back in it because they refuse to actually help customers, they make you get out of line and figure out what to do on your own. You’d think that Williamsburg being such a nice town that we’d have decent service workers here and NOPE unfortunately these places are so desperate for employees that they’ll hire whatever applies to work there.
