Took my prepaid label to ship, and they flat-out refused to help when their scanner failed to scan the barcode, then claimed they can't manually enter the number. Meanwhile, I've had another UPS store do exactly that and ship it no problem, which I told them. Staff didn't care, no supervisor, no fix. Total runaround, wasted my day driving to a place that claims they don't do that. Rude and incompetent. I drove 13 minutes down the road to the UPS off of Quarterpath. I was in and out in less than a minute. Highly recommend Quarterpath UPS. Rochambeau UPS are either incompetent or lazy, maybe both. Hope this review helps someone.
