They have an easy-to-use online system with many options, including binding, ink, paper, and hole punching. And if you want it express same day they can do that too. Usually if you order before noon, you can get it same day anyway without paying extra. And they put it in this neat box with a handle that protects your documents and separates paper with colored construction paper, grouping it for easy use. The biggest thing is that they get right after it when you send in an order. Cannot thank Amanda at our local Williamsburg Staples enough for her great customer service!

I placed a print order yesterday and picked it up at the same day— everything was given to me in one box. When I got home, I realized that about 20 pages were missing. I called the next day to explain the issue, but the checkout staff asked a few questions and put me on hold for about 7 minutes, then told me to call back in 5 minutes because the print section was busy. When I called again, I was kept on hold for over 30 minutes and still couldn’t get any help or even explain my situation properly. I hope Staples can improve their customer service, especially for print orders, because this experience was quite frustrating.
