I Rarely see bad customer service, but I guess it still exist .Even in places that you’re familiar with. I’m actually sitting in the parking lot as I’m writing this. I went through the line to Return an item for Amazon. A Tall, brown skinned dude was there and he did not greet me. He did not speak to me the whole time I was returning my things. I had to ask him if he needed a QR code , and was that in the right Place to turn in an Amazon return. He just one worded me. Then when I was done, I asked if that was all because I’m not familiar with doing this and he just said yes and handed me the paper. If you don’t like your job, THEN QUIT!

They have an easy-to-use online system with many options, including binding, ink, paper, and hole punching. And if you want it express same day they can do that too. Usually if you order before noon, you can get it same day anyway without paying extra. And they put it in this neat box with a handle that protects your documents and separates paper with colored construction paper, grouping it for easy use. The biggest thing is that they get right after it when you send in an order. Cannot thank Amanda at our local Williamsburg Staples enough for her great customer service!
